Progress toward achieving the objectives outlined in each Implementation Plan will be monitored through a series of public-facing dashboards designed to provide transparent, accessible, and timely information to campus stakeholders and the broader community.
These dashboards will serve as a central resource for tracking key performance indicators, highlighting areas of success, and identifying opportunities for continued improvement. Data will be updated on a regular schedule in alignment with established University reporting processes and timelines, such as following census dates, completion of assessment activities, or the release of survey results. This approach ensures that decision-makers and stakeholders have access to current information that supports evidence-based planning and accountability. While data necessary to measure progress already exists for some objectives, other objectives will require the development of baseline measures during the first year of their respective Implementation Plans. Establishing these baselines will provide a foundation for setting targets, assessing progress over time, and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies implemented in support of the University's goals.
Note that while data already exists for some Objectives, others will require us to establish baselines in Year 1 of their Implementation Plans.
