Science Fair Winners Announced

Seventy-eight sixth-, seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders from Marion, Gilmer and Doddridge counties participated in the 2006 North Central West Virginia Science, Energy and Engineering Fair at Fairmont State on March 3-4.

A list of the winners and their categories follows:

Energy: Elizabeth Coombs, sixth grade, Normantown Elementary, Gilmer County, first place; Erica Smith, eighth grade, Doddridge County Middle School, second place.
