Supporting holistic student success by ensuring access to needed services.
- Conduct a comprehensive review and realignment of organizational structure to better serve students.
- Build infrastructure to better connect underserved students to resources to meet their needs.
- Convene a Student Success Team, led by new Student Success Coordinator, to help “bridge gaps” between academic and student services offices.
- Establish Student Success Ambassador program to support underserved students.
- Provide professional development for faculty/staff on supporting underserved students.
