In this role, Nicole will develop and implement programs, initiatives, and activities
that address career readiness, students’ personal and professional development through
training, service learning, civic engagement and other co-curricular opportunities.
She previously worked for McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, for 10+
years where she managed the recruiting and hiring process of college students. In
her role at McKinsey, Nicole developed a strong foundation in both practical and strategic
aspects of HR and project management. She is eager to leverage her experiences to
contribute to the success of the Title III Grant.
Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resource
Management from Emmanuel College (Boston).
