The Staff Council holds regular public monthly meetings, usually on the last Wednesday of the month with a few exceptions to avoid conflicts with Board of Governors committee meetings. These meetings will be scheduled a semester at a time via an emailed meeting request sent to all staff members.
Monthly meetings consist of various announcements, administrative reports, council reports, committee reports, old business, new business, presentations, and an open floor forum to discuss topics, address concerns, and answer questions without the presence of senior administrators. The Staff Council can also move to convene in an executive session that is not open to the public.
The various Staff Council committees also hold meetings when needed and their format vary from committee to committee.
For your convenience, all regular monthly Staff Council meetings will be held both in person and via an interactive WebEx online video conference. For the in person location, please check the meeting schedule chart below or in the meeting request you will receive in your campus email.
