Falcon Center Day Camp

Mission Statement

We offer educational and recreational activities that are simple to follow and fun to participate in. The activities offer children physical and nutritional activities along with socialization leaving them with personal growth, increased self-esteem, respect for different cultures, team work and social communication.

Age Requirements

  • Campers must be between the ages of 6-12 years old while attending camp.  
  • Junior Counselors must be at least 14 years old and complete the required application process.

Camp Safety

We strive for safety first with all aspects of camp.  

  • Members of the staff receive CPR/First Aid/AED training.  
  • All lifeguards are certified through the American Red Cross.


Registrations is open March 17 through Thursday, July 27.

To receive early registration pricing you must register 7 days prior to the week you wish to attend or you will be charged the open registration pricing.


Signing Up

Step 1:Log in or Sign up

  • If you have previously created an account that information is still valid and should be used if applicable.
  • Please use the “Forgot your password” section if you forgot your username or password. 
  • If you create a new account, please check your e-mail first to verify your account before trying to log-in.  
  • If you are not receiving the verification email please check your junk/spam folder.

Step 2:

  • You must add all the children to your account that you wish to register to ensure you are registering the child and not yourself.
  • Click your username on the top right, select "Profile".
  • Then "Add a Dependent" which is found on the bottom of the screen.

Step 3:

  • From the homepage select "Programs".
  • Select "Spring 2024" under semester if not already highlighted.
  • Select the package you are wishing to register your child or children for.
  • Click "Register" and follow all prompts, completing the required information.
  • Proceed to checkout to complete registration and make payment.

Step 4:

  • All campers are required to have a physical completed by a physician prior to coming to camp.  Any camper that shows up to camp without a completed physician physical will not be allowed to attend camp until the form is received.
  • Forms can be submitted to Janel Kittle at by mailing it to: Fairmont State University, Falcon Center, ATTN: Day Camp, 1201 Locust Ave, Fairmont, WV, 26554 or by bringing it to Monday morning drop off.

Physician Physical From

Please remember that a completed physician physical form must be submitted for each child or they will not be allowed to attend camp.

Cancellation Fee: $25.00

If you wish to withdraw from a session, please let us know two weeks prior to the beginning of the session. If you withdraw from any session after the two week deadline, you will incur this fee.

Early Drop-off Fee: $25.00

If your camper needs to be dropped off between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., you will need to prepay this fee per week and per camper.

Late Pickup Fee: $15.00

Campers must be picked up by 5:30 pm each day, please call 304-368-7223 or 304-368-7222 if an emergency arises.


For camper drop off we recommend that you park in the Parking Garage levels 1-5 (labeled building "P") or the round about behind the Falcon Center (labeled building "G").  For additional information please view the campus parking map

Refund Request

For a refund to be processed, written communication should be sent to Janel Kittle at which includes name, reason for refund, date(s) & address. All refunds are handled at the discretion of the Camp Management. If you withdraw from any session after the two week deadline, you will incur a fee.
