Opened to students in 2004, Bryant Place is a modern residence hall with suite-style facilities. Residents of this building will find the community of the more traditional residence halls coupled with a more individual living space. Featuring both single and double residence suites, Bryant Place offers flexible living situations for students. Each suite is shared by four roommates, with a central common area and private bathroom facilities shared between them.
Suite-style housing is a relatively new concept that includes private bathroom facilities in a shared common area between just a few residents. Each suite contains four beds, two sinks, one common area, one shower room, and one restroom facility.
Bryant Place features ten public kitchens, in addition to the microwaves and coffee pots available in lobbies. The kitchens are at the end of each wing and contain a stovetop, refrigerator, sink, microwave and/or convection oven, outlets for residents to plug in additional appliances, and plenty of countertop and cabinet space.
Bryant Place complies with all ADA guidelines, making it the most convenient choice for many of our residents.
Bryant Place Double Room: $2,812.00 per semester
Bryant Place Single Room: $3,327.00 per semester
