Fairmont State University celebrated the Class of 2025 on Saturday during its 156th commencement ceremony, giving the graduates a parting message of appreciating the "little moments" and bettering their communities.

Fairmont State University began the spring 2025 semester with its Spring Kick-Off, where President Mike Davis shared leadership updates and unveiled the university’s new strategic vision, A Great Place to Learn, Work, and Call Home. President Davis emphasized a growth mindset in addressing higher education challenges and highlighted upcoming events, including Fairmont State Day at the Capitol and the annual Fairmont State Day of Giving.
