Community Can Attend 'Evening Under the Stars'
The community is invited to attend "An Evening Under the Stars" at historic Prickett's
Fort State Park on Saturday, Sept. 9, offered by the Community Education program of
Pierpont Community & Technical College, a Division of Fairmont State University.
Those of all ages can attend to observe the stars, moon and planets. Those who have
telescopes should bring them along. A brief orientation will be offered at 8:30 p.m.
and will be followed by sky viewing until 10 p.m.
Pre-registration for this free event is not required, but early registration is encouraged.
