The Open-Source Intelligence Exchange (OSIX) at Fairmont State University is dedicated to advancing national security through the innovative collection, analysis, and dissemination of open-source intelligence. OSIX leverages emerging information technologies and the dynamic forces of social media to transform vast arrays of publicly available data from academic publications and government databases to real-time social media streams into precise, actionable intelligence that supports the nation's defense and law enforcement efforts.
