Registration is completed online through the FalconRec portal. Follow the steps below.
- Create or Log In to Your Account Visit falconrec.fairmontstate.edu and log in or create a free account. If you've registered before, use your existing
login. Use "Forgot your password" if needed. New accounts require email verification
— check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
- Add Your Children to Your Account You must add each child as a dependent before registering them. Click your username
in the top right, select Profile, then scroll to the bottom and select Add a Dependent.
- Select Your Program and Pay From the homepage, select Programs, Spring 2026, choose your desired package, click Register and follow the prompts to checkout.
- Reminder: If registering multiple children, obtain your multi-child promo code from Miranda
Yauger before completing checkout. See the Pricing section above.
- Submit Your Physician Physical Form All campers must have a completed physician physical on file before their first day
of camp. Campers without a completed form on file will not be permitted to attend.

- Bringing it to Monday morning drop-off

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To withdraw from a session, notify us at least two weeks before the session begins.
Withdrawals within two weeks of a session start will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
To request a refund, send written communication to studentcenter@fairmontstate.edu including the child's name, reason for the refund, session dates, and your mailing
address. All refunds are at the discretion of camp management.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up / Parking
Standard drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m. and pick-up ends at 5:30 p.m. For parking, we
recommend the Parking Garage (Levels 1–5, labeled "P") or the roundabout behind the
Falcon Center (labeled "G"). View the Campus Parking Map (link to campus map).
Camp Safety
All camp staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED use. All lifeguards are certified
through the American Red Cross. A certified lifeguard is on duty during all swim sessions.
