The Fairmont 28 is Fairmont State University's annual Constitution Week competition.
The contest is held each September during Constitution Week and inviting students to propose and defend an original 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The competition combines a written submission with a live oral presentation before a panel of judges, with winners recognized through prizes and a permanent plaque in Hardway Hall.
