Mental Health Apps

  • Mindshift: Designed to provide you with tools for managing various types of anxiety, including test anxiety, perfectionism, social anxiety, performance anxiety, worry, panic, and conflict.
  • Tactical Breather: Can be used to gain control over physiological and psychological responses to stress.
