Fitness Policies

MULTI PURPOSE ROOM POLICIES

Fitness Room:

  1. All equipment must remain the in the fitness rooms and must be returned to its proper location after use.
  2. Personal items should be stored in lockers on the first floor.
  3. Open use of the rooms is limited to one hour per individual/group.

Group Exercise Class Etiquette:

  1. All group exercise class participants must be 16 years of age or older
  2. Participants are highly encouraged to arrive to class on time.  Late attendee participation is at the discretion of the instructor.
  3. It is highly recommended that participants stay for the entire group exercise class to ensure participation in the proper cool-down phase of the class.
  4. All cycling class participants must bring a towel and a water bottle.
  5. Per instructor instruction, other equipment could be used during fitness classes and will be provided.

 

JOGGING/WALKING TRACK POLICIES

  1.  The jogging/walking direction is rotated daily.  Please follow the posted direction.
  2. The inside lane is for slower walkers/runners; faster runners should move to the outside lane.
  3. For safety purposes, no loitering is allowed on the track surface.
  4. All personal belongings must be stored in cubbies in the weight room or lockers on the first floor.
  5. For the safety of small children and patrons, no strollers or baby carriers are allowed on the track.
