Educational Pathways for International Centers and Students

Fairmont State University is proud to welcome students from across the world to our West Virginia campus!

In today's global society, the perspective you bring as an international student is vital to the vibrancy of our campus culture. In turn, we aim to provide you with an unforgettable educational experience and a chance to have your own perspective expanded as well.

Through our Tulasi & Marilyn Joshi Office for Educational Pathways for International Centers and Students, Fairmont State is committed to and supports international education. We currently have collaborative exchange agreements with institutions in Japan, Italy, and South Korea, and students from many other countries across the world have worked towards achieving their educational goals and dreams on our campus.

Our international programs are focused through the efforts of the International Student Advisor, the Director of International Education, and the Faculty Committee on International Education. You will learn in small classes where you'll get the attention and support to excel.

We know that you will find here a deep sense of community – a faculty and staff committed to providing you with a safe, friendly, student-centered campus, and high-quality academic programs.

Apply today. No matter where you come from, you'll leave as a Falcon!

Mission Statement

We strive to encourage international student success in all aspects of their academic and campus life through high ethical standards, a desire to help others, and a spirit of open-mindedness.
