Students will examine human behavior in an organization at the individual, interpersonal, and group levels with an emphasis on the interplay of human, technological, and structural factors.

This course introduces students to current developments involving societal and ethical challenges modern society presents to the corporate environment with an emphasis on stakeholders, corporate citizenship, social responsibility, and globalization.

Strategic Management

Students will learn to identify, comprehend, and appraise an organization's strategies and policies.
