Levels Offered

Parent & Me

Swimmers embarking on their water safety journey will gain confidence and essential skills, while parents will learn techniques to enhance their child's confidence, coordination, and water safety through engaging activities like music and games. Only one parent is permitted in each class, and all children must wear swim diapers.

This beginner class caters to children ages 3-4 years old, requiring little to no prior swimming experience. Participants must willingly engage without a parent/guardian. The goal is to build water confidence within a small group, led by an instructor while fostering crucial water safety skills and comfort.

Level 1

An introductory water course designed for ages 5-12 years old that emphasizes basic skills with instructor support. The focus is on water exploration and elementary aquatic skills. The course aims for participants to achieve comfort in submerging their faces, executing front and back floats independently and the introduction to freestyle stroke arms and legs.

Level 2

Participants who have completed Level 1 or possess similar skills will emphasize safety skill development and initiate water movement. This level marks the beginning of learning how to swim on their front and back without support.

Level 3

Participants have successfully completed Level 2 or possess equivalent skills will concentrate on refining specific strokes and enhancing safety skills. The focus will be on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke & dolphin kicks, as well as the beginning skills of flip turns.

Level 4

Upon successful completion of Level 3 or equivalent proficiency, swimmers will enhance their skills and continue to build confidence. The level aims for participants to achieve a 25-yard swim in freestyle and backstroke, and 15 yards in breaststroke.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Private and semi-private swim lessons offer personalized instruction tailored to individual needs, allowing for focused skill development and faster progress in a supportive environment. Participants benefit from dedicated attention from experienced instructors, fostering confidence and competence in the water.

As with many swim lesson programs, parents will be asked to remain on the patio or in the lobby whilst lessons are in session.
