BOG Policy on Government Relations and Communications

The Fairmont State University Board of Governors held a meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and approved issuance of this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking related to the proposed adoption of a new BOG Policy, “Government Relations and Communications.” This proposed policy governs direct communication on behalf of the University by University Employees and Representatives.

The Fairmont State University Board of Governors held a meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and approved issuance of this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking related to the proposed amendment of BOG Policy FA-01, “Tuition and Fees.” This proposed policy as amended establishes guidelines for the assessment of tuition and fees, waivers, and refunds at Fairmont State University.
