When students study business and concentrate on Marketing, they combine a number of skills to prepare them for a successful career in business.

BSBA students who concentrate in Marketing take a diverse group of marketing courses including those in:

  • Consumer Behavior
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Digital and Social Media Marketing
  • Marketing Management

The Fairmont State University Marketing program integrates marketing training with accounting, management, finance and economics. A combination of these skills helps prepare our students for current marketing trends and opportunities.

Marketing Elective include the following: MKTG 3305 - Supply Chain Management, MKTG 3310 - Consumer Behavior, MKTG 3320 - Advertising/Sales Promotion, MKTG 3370 - Digital Marketing, MKTG 3399 - Special Topics in Marketing, MKTG 3400 - Sales/Sales Management, MKTG 3500 - New Products.
