Laura has been very helpful in the past 2 weeks getting things done for COBA when I had issues in BB to add instructors and also to help us with overrides because I don't have clearnace to do it myself and we are short handed. She also helped resolve a sticky issue. She listens and is approachable.

Thom has helped me throughout the summer getting students admitted to the Master's program. He most recently helped resolve a complex admission for a J1 student that was a rush job and one I had little prior knowlege of... but Thom takes time to help and explain. I can give you many more examples.

The Facilities and Op Shop employees did a great job with the water emergency in Jaynes Hall yesterday. They acted quickly and efficiently and got everything stopped and cleaned up with as little disruption to the first floor of Jaynes as possible! Always the unsung heroes!!
