We are an agency of consultants whose vast experience and expertise the university leverages to achieve solutions to challenges and objectives.

What We Do

Our clients are primarily our colleagues here at Fairmont State. They share with us their goals, their dreams, and any obstacles or problems standing in the way of realizing them.

We help our clients execute transformative and inspiring marketing, communications, and creative services solutions. Together, as true partners with shared goals, we ensure that strategies align with and further the University’s goals and reach, and position Fairmont State University as “A Great Place to Learn, to Work, and to Call Home.”

We provide expertise and consultation, and we develop and drive strategies across a range of communication, marketing, advertising, and creative services. We promote campus units, support enrollment management goals, showcase the University’s excellence, and build affinity with the Fairmont State brand.

We employ creative, data-driven, best-practice strategies to help clients reach and influence their target audiences. We help them meet their objectives and get the best bang for their buck.

We uphold our brand. We’re damn proud of our brand, and we fiercely defend and uphold it. We guide others in the proper use of our brand elements. We strive every day to protect our brand and increase its impact and reach.

How We Do It

Every project starts with a conversation.

Our discovery process is a deep dive into your needs, from which we’ll create creative, impactful solutions.

We set realistic expectations and establish timelines at the start of every project we undertake, and we communicate clearly throughout the process, from concept to delivery.

You’ll have the opportunity to review your project throughout the process, and you’ll have final approval.
