Student Organizations Impact

Student Organizations

Extracurricular activities are not only fun, but they are also a great way to unwind and destress.

College life is about more than simply taking classes: what you do outside the classroom can lead to bonds and friendships that last a lifetime. In many cases, extracurricular activities can also benefit you in your major, and provide skills that will prove useful after you leave Fairmont State and begin a career.

We want to create a rich and vibrant community on the Fairmont State University campus where everyone can not only pursue their passions but also find other like-minded people as well. Our student-led organizations provide ways for you to get involved, take charge, and focus on the hobbies or causes that are most inspiring to you.

All of our registered student organizations should read and review the RSO Handbook each academic year for all of the updated policies and procedures.

Explore our current organizations below. Don't see anything that fits your interests? Then start your own organization! Contact Sara.Davis@fairmontstate.edu for details on how.
