We wish to give guidance and supply resources to those students, faculty, and staff who wish to incorporate fitness and wellness into their daily lives, so that we may have an overall positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our campus community.

A Letter From the Assistant Director

Thank you for your interest in the Falcon Center Personal Training program. I would like to be the first to welcome you to our program. We have worked hard with our staff and students to bring you a quality platform designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. A personal training program has been requested at this facility, and it was our goal to make it happen. Working closely with the exercise science department, we developed a program free of cost to the employee and student members of the facility. We are excited to go on this journey with you and I will be with you every step of the way. If you need to contact me at any time, feel free to do so at Alyssa.Diacono@fairmontstate.edu or 304-368-7223. I hope to see you soon!
