Deactivate/Reactivate your lost ID Card

To DEACTIVATE your lost card:

  • Log into the web portal with your UCA and Password
  • Select ACCOUNT
  • Select ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE
  • Click “Confirm” to deactivate – your will get an alert that your card is deactivated successfully!
To REACTIVATE your ID card after your deactivated it:
(if you find your lost card OR get a replacement card after you deactivated it through the Web portal – do the following)
  • Log into the web portal with your UCA and Password
  • Select on ACCOUNT
  • Select ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE
  • Click “Confirm” to activate - your will get an alert that your card is reactivated successfully!
*IMPORTANT - After you get a ID card replacement printed, it will take up to 5-8 minutes for the web portal to update your card number, you may not be able to log on to the web portal during this time.
 
 
Checking your Meal Plan status and ID Card Fund Balance
(Falcon Dollars, Flex Dollars, and/or Commuter Dollars)
 
  • Log into the web portal with your UCA and Password
  • Select FINANCIAL
  • Multiple selections to choose from – select what you would like to view!
  • BALANCES
  • ACCOUNT MESSAGE
  • CURRENT WEEK MEAL PLAN STATUS
  • MEAL PLAN STATUS
  • MEAL PLAN HISTORY
  • CURRENT STATEMENT
  • LAST STATMENT

 

Falcon Dollar Deposit (Prepaid ID Dollars)
  • Log into the web portal with your UCA and Password
  • Select ADD MONEY
  • Next, follow prompts to enter deposit amount and payment information. Pay by either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee and a minimum deposit of $5.
  • A email receipt will be provided if needed
  • Deposit of funds will apply to your ID card account in real time...for immediate usage!
 
 
Parental/Guest Falcon Dollar Deposit (Prepaid ID Dollars):
 
  • You will need the ID Card number and Date of birth of the account holder is needed to add Falcon Dollars (it is the card holder’s responsibility to provide this information). The 16-digit ID card number is printed on the front of the ID card, bottom left – date of birth of cardholder is not printed on the ID card
  • Visit (type or copy complete URL) to access the web portal
  • Next, click on PARENTAL DEPOSIT on the top right
  • Next, type in the cardholders 16-digit card number
  • Then type in the Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Click LOG ON
  • Next, follow prompts to enter deposit amount and payment information. Pay by either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee and a minimum deposit of $5.
