If you graduated in August or December 2016 your invitation packet has been mailed to you with information regarding participation in the spring commencement. If you have not applied for May graduation yet, you must do so immediately in the Turley Student Services Center. You will receive your packet at the time you apply for graduation. If you are a 2016 graduate or have applied for May graduation and have not received your commencement information, please go to the Turley Student Services Center and pick up your commencement information.

The Commencement ceremony will be Saturday, May 13th, at 1:00 p.m. in the Feaster Center.

A mandatory rehearsal will be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 13th also in the Feaster Center.

Seating is limited. Each graduate is asked to limit their number of guests to four.

If you plan to participate in the ceremony, we must have a Reader Card with your name clearly printed on it. Reader Cards must be returned to the Turley Student Services Center by April 21st in order to reserve a seat for you.

You must order your cap and gown by the deadline of Sunday, March 26th at midnight. The website will shut down at midnight. Caps and gowns will need to be paid for at the time of pick up. Charges can’t be placed on your account. You will be notified when your cap and gown can be picked up in the Bookstore with your student I.D.

Please check with your Department or Honor’s Society for honors cords or sashes (not available in all Departments). Your cap and gown order includes only the cap, gown and tassel.
