How to Use the Student Health Service

  • Either call 304.367.4155 or personally walk in.  The Health Service is located in The Falcon Center, 3rd Floor.
  • You must bring your valid student ID with you.
  • Students with emergencies will be seen first. Students should be patient and realize some waiting may be necessary. Referrals to other health care providers will be made when deemed necessary.
  • There is no additional charge above the Health Service Fee to be seen, with exceptions noted. If you need Laboratory Studies above and beyond the scope of our in-office services, or if you need prescriptions or X-rays, these are not available in the Health Service and are at the student's own expense.
  • Health Insurance information is available in the Student Health Office.
