Geoff Steele, previous owner of Salem Dance Company, member of Allegro Dance Co., and Pure Energy dance team has over 28 years of dance experience. He studied dance and theatre at Mars Hill College, including improv, modern, lyrical, hip-hop, jazz, clogging, and choreography. Lighting, staging, directing and sound we’re also studied.
Geoff currently holds over 32 national titles including over-all solo-freestyle, Appalachian smooth dance, a capella, team precision, show categories, American Elite All-star Cheerleading, Gym One All-Star Cheerleading, Champs Central All-Star Dance, hip-hop, and pom(as a member of teams, soloist, and choreographer).
He has attended workshops with Wade Robison, Jeff Driggs, Al Gilbert, Dorothy Vose, Ryan Chandler, Kevin Maher, Sonya Tahey, Gil DuDualao and Donte Phillips. He has been featured articles in “National Dance Magazine”, “American Cheerleader” and “Double-Toe Times”.
