Hello Laura

Hi Laura. I was on the FSU website doing some schoolwork and saw the icon for your blog. Since this student exchange with Italy has fasciniated me, I decided to begin reading your blog. Imagine my surprise to see your name and picture and realize that you were in my third grade! I'm am so proud of you and this wonderful opportunity that you have - you truly deserve it. I am remembering that we brought foods to class that showed the countries our families came from and you brought homemade biscotti along with the recipe. I still have the recipe and use it! When you left you gave me a teacher bag that you had painted yourself and I still have that too. Enjoy your time in Italy and I will be following you in your blog. With love, Mrs. L. Swiger

Mrs. Swiger, It is so great

Mrs. Swiger, It is so great to hear from you! It really made my day to see that you had read my blog and still remember me. You were one of my favorite teachers and I'll never forget all the fun activities we did in you class. Thanks for the comment! I hope you are doing well and I hope to see you again soon Love, Laura
