You may know us as "Computer Support Services" and others may remember "User Services", but allow us to introduce to you Fairmont State's Solution Center. 

Launched February 2, 2005, the Solution Center consists of two compiementary service groups: Tier One, known as the Call Center and Tier Two, known as Desktop Support.  

The Solution Center is the designated single point of contact for all Fairmont State computer related requests.  To contact the Solution Center:
