Press clippings are posted to a web page twice a month as PDF files.

How to do it:

1. Join the individual PDF files into one.
2. Reduce file size.
3. Name the file appropriately.
4. Upload the file to the directory:
	smb://wrhws004/www/files/news/clippings/
5. Edit page by putting the current archive at the top of the list.
