Your Responsibilities

As a grant recipient you have certain responsibilities that you must meet in order to receive the full compensation for your development efforts.

  • Sign and return the Online Course Development Waiver Form

  • Provide a copy of the syllabus and first unit storyboard
  • Provide a copy of a signed and completed online course development checklist and obtain written approval of course completion by the Director of Learning Technologies
  • Have a course actually delivered during the target academic year, with the scheduling approval of the School Chair or Dean of Instruction (delivery stipend is paid over the semester)

  • Provide a demonstration of the course to colleagues at a Conversations in Teaching and Learning forum or other campus activity

Development Timeframe & Milestones

While the time allotted for course development normally runs 12 to 18 months there are certain milestones that must be meet by specific dates.

Course development milestones are determined by the semester the course will be offered.
