Working as a 1039 for Former Alumni Director, Rosemary Thomas, and Former Public Relations Director, Sandra Walls, was my first opportunity to work for Fairmont State. From there, I worked with Health Careers as a 1039 and then Family and Consumer Sciences (now Health and Human Services). Then, the opportunity to obtain a full-time position opened in Science and Math (now College of Science and Technology) where I have been since 2000.
Learning is a life-long plan. You're never too old to learn. Working at Fairmont State has taught me to deal with ever changing plans.
I am a "people person" and working with the students and faculty has been enjoyable.
