Learning Outcomes Team

The mission of the outcomes team is to help the University move from an instruction paradigm to a learning paradigm through the development of learner-centered outcomes for programs, courses, and learners.

Our goals are to:

  • develop a procedural framework that facilitates outcomes development for all constituencies
  • provide faculty with the assistance and resources they need to develop program, course, and learner outcomes

Services provided: 

  • Team members are available to serve as consultants for programs and faculty as they write program and course outcomes.  This can take the form of face to face brainstorming sessions with the team member serving as scribe, or review and feedback on written documents, or any other way the team members can help.
