Fairmont State University offers various training opportunities for faculty and staff. Our goal is to provide the needed resources for employees to efficiently and effectively perform their jobs and achieve University goals. On our training calendar, you will find various training topics that you can take either remotely and/or in-person. We also offer Staff and Faculty Professional Development Days – these are held in the spring and fall.
