Blackboard reports that the Crocodoc issue has been resolved and all services should be functioning properly. If you have any continued issues, please contact the Teaching & Learning Commons at 304-367-4810 or email@example.com.
Blackboard has reported a widespread issue with the Crocodoc tool. This is the tool that runs the inline grading, so the issue can cause problems in the submission and grading of assignments, blogs and journals. We have a ticket open with Blackboard and will update you when the issue is resolved.
In order to keep the campus community up-to-date on outages and other issues, we will post an update when we experience Blackboard outages.
Please find below the dates and times of recent outages:
- February 9, 2014, we experienced an outage from approximately 7:30 - 8:15pm.
- February 21-25, 2014, we experienced intermittent outages from approximately 1pm on the 21st to 9:30am on the 25th.
There is still funding available for enrollment in the QM Improve Your Online Class (IYOC) online training session. Sessions are two weeks in length and begin on the following dates:

We have received a request from the Library that if your syllabus is in Blackboard as a learning module, that you include a printable file version. Students who go to the Library to print their course syllabi are having difficulty printing from the learning modules. Thank you for your cooperation.
