Categories

Use categories to organize pages into common topics. This will give users an easy way to find pages on a site and create a level or organization on the wiki. To use categories, add the category tag on the page [[Category:XXXXXXX]]. Change the X's to the name of the category that you would like the page to belong to. You can have a page in multiple categories. After you add the page to a category, you can click on the category at the very bottom of the page. After clicking on the category, you will be taken to a page that shows you information about that category. Here, you can add a description of what the category is for and view all the subcategories and pages. To create subcategories, just add a category to the category page when you are editing it, the same way you added a category to a regular page.
