Three advanced sculpture students in the Fairmont State University Art Department participated in the seventh annual Intercollegiate Iron Pour at Salem Art Works in Salem, N.Y., in September. Jeremy Entwistle, Assistant Professor of Sculpture and Foundry Manager at FSU, led the group of FSU students: Erin McDaniel, Kylie Ford, and Elizabeth Sorenson.
"We collaborated with the Sculpture Department at West Virginia University to bring up our molds and pour iron with students from across the Northeast," Entwistle said.
