You will need to speak with someone from the College which teaches that course.

What do I do if I try to enroll in a class and get Prerequisite Error?
Read the error message carefully and write down what it says after PREQ/TEST SCORE ERROR. Check the course descriptions section of the FSU Catalog to see a more detailed description of the prerequisites for the course, then check your test scores and transcript in Banner to make sure that you have satisfied those prerequisites. If you still can’t figure out what the problem is, contact your advisor and explain what you have figured out so far.
What do I do if I try to enroll in a class and get Link Error?
