Sandra is an architectural historian with over 20 years of experience in identifying, documenting, and evaluating historic properties throughout the United States. She has a real passion for historic preservation and downtown redevelopment. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Binghamton University in New York, as well as a Master of Arts in Public History with a Concentration in Historic Preservation from Colorado State University.
