Please visit the Campus Police Office to trade in your current decal for the 2020-2021 decal. Their office in located in the lobby of Pence Hall and is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
To ensure that the process for obtaining your decal is efficient, please follow the instructions below if you are a new faculty or staff member.
The information needed to complete the vehicle registration is as follows:
Decals are registered to a specific vehicle. They cannot be exchanged between other vehicles.
Please be reminded that your campus parking pass should be placed in the right, front passenger windshield toward the bottom. Your barcode and numbers need to be clearly visible.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in parking citations. Citations will begin to be issued on Monday, Aug. 31.
Campus Police are located in Pence Hall. Their office is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Faculty/Staff decals are paid through payroll deduction. Decal costs varying depending on your employee type. Please contact HR regarding the cost of your parking decal. A second decal is available for $10.
