Printing Services

The University has realigned the services previously offered through Printing Services. Please see below for more information on where to obtain the services previously offered. Beginning immediately, Printing Services will no longer accept new project requests.

After reviewing the below information, any questions can be sent to URM@fairmontstate.edu. We have done our best to account for the current needs of our campus. If we have missed a service that you seek, please let us know.

Business Cards

This process will remain unchanged to request business cards. To place your order please visit the Business Card Request Form. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be delivered from our off-campus printer.

Letterhead & Envelopes

Letterhead and envelopes can now be ordered through Central Stores. You can find the order forms on the Forms Repository under “Facilities & Capital Projects."

Basic Printing

In 2020, the University began a partnership with PaperCut, a pay-for-print management system. All UCA’s are connected to your department’s budget. This allows you to print at any machine around campus.

Three Printing Options:

  1. Print directly from a campus computer
  2. Web Print from a web browser using your personal devices – log into your PaperCut user account with your UCA.
  3. Print directly from your mobile devices using Mobility Print

When you arrive at any campus Xerox printer – you will then release your print job with your ID card.

Off-Campus Printing

Staff or faculty with printing needs for projects that are beyond the capabilities of campus Xerox machines, contact URM at URM@fairmontstate.edu. URM staff can aid you in working with an off-campus printing vendor. Off-campus printing projects include but are not limited to brochures, postcards, programs, banners, posters, booklets, and stickers.

URM staff will assist you in placing an order with the University’s outside printing vendor or with another licensed vendor.  Lead time for printing projects for external printers is two weeks on average. Be sure to allow enough planning time to receive your project by your deadline.

URM staff asks for your patience and partnership as we work to realign our processes and absorb these services to serve our campus departments.
