The construction management area is primarily responsible for the coordination, documentation, and inspections of the construction work through project completion. The construction manager is the central contact point for all communications on construction projects. Other responsibilities include monitoring, time and cost control, contract administration, payments, shop & coordination drawings, project reports & records, and change orders.
