Become a RA
As a Resident Assistant you will: develop leadership skills, serve as a role model, promote positive relationships among residents, as well as plan and hold events for residents. To qualify, you must be enrolled full-time, have a 2.25 GPA or higher, live on campus, be a responsible individual, enjoy being a leader, and successfully complete the interview process. In addition, you will earn free room and board.
The RA selection process takes place during the spring semester each year. However, mid year vacancies will be filled on an as needed basis.
To apply, fill out an application at the Residence Life Office, located at 248 Hardway Hall.
Additional Residence Life Positions
Students can also apply to work at the front desks of each residence hall as well as a few office positions in the housing office. Students need to apply online via the student employment webpage for these positions. These positions are filled on an as needed basis.
