Request accommodation letter

Once the Office of Disability Services has verified a student’s disability(ies) with the proper documentation, an accommodation letter may be provided to the student to give to instructors explaining his or her accommodations.  The student may choose to use all, some, or none of the accommodations in each class. A new accommodation letter should be requested prior to the beginning of each semester.
