Choosing a Career Class - Currently Not Offered 2010-2011 Academic Year

The Choosing a Career Class is a one-credit class that is open to students who are undecided or considering switching their major.  It is listed under Human Services 199 in the class schedule in the fall semester and covers the following topics:
  • Discovering your interests
  • How to make a decision
  • Career resources on the Internet
  • Work values
  • How to be marketable at graduation
  • Researching your future career

Focus is an online, self-guided, interactive program designed to help you select the right college major and plan your career based on your personal interests, values, skills, personality and aspirations.
