Gardasil Now Available in Student Health Service

The new vaccine designed to protect women from the HPV virus is now available in the student health service.  The virus is noted to cause cervical cancer, cervical dysplasia and genital warts.

The vaccine is administered as a series of three injections:  The first on the date the woman arrives in the office.  The second two months after the first is given.  The last injection is given six months following the date of the first vaccine.  The cost of the vaccine is $125 per injection.

Women's Health Services Available

Women's Health Services are now available in our office.  There is a $ 35 fee for the Pap smear, and pills are $ 10 per pack.  It is necessary to schedule an appointment for these, and you may do that by phoning 304.367.4155.  We are thrilled to be able to offer this to our students once again. 

 

Meningitis Vaccine

Meningitis Vaccine is available for purchase through Health Services.  The cost is $ 90, and the vaccine is a one-time dose.  These are ordered on an individually purchased basis.  Please call our office at 304.367.4155 for more information.
