Registration for ALL fitness classes will be through the falcon center reception desk.  Please stop by of call (368-7223) to sign up today. 

Spots cannot be reserved.  Participants must pay for class to ensure they will be registered.



CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Abs30 Minute ABs
30 Minute AB Attack is designed to teach you abdominal, back, and core training exercises to strengthen and tone your entire midsection which is vital to creating perfect posture and sculpting the abs you've always wanted. 30 minute AB Attack will use a variety of exercises both standing and on the floor to gain the most benefit from your workout.


Butts & GuttsBody Blast
Want to develop or tone up your entire body for the spring? Need to flatten those abs, lose those love handles or just drop a few pounds? This class is perfect for those who are getting into shape for the spring. This workout is a combination of weights, step drills, med-balls, and squats, broken up by bursts of high intensity cardio designed to you maximum sweat in minimum time.

Women On Weights (WOW)

WOW is a group weight training class for women with or without strength-training experience. If you are interested in resistance training and ENJOY the atmosphere of group fitness, this class is for you. You will learn the correct way to weight train by utilizing strength machines, free weights, bands, balls, etc. Come have fun while learning and getting strong.




SpinningSpinning
Join the group experience of bicycle riding on specially designed spin bikes. You determine the intensity of your workout by adjusting the resistance on the flywheel while experiencing the simulated ride of hills, rolling terrain and sprint cycling. Enjoy the cool indoor facility and benefit from a complete outdoor simulated workout.



YogaYoga Fit
Enjoy a yoga based foundation with a twist of fitness. This class is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power.  YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.  



Yoga Balanceyoga
This course will include breathing and stretching exercises drawn from the kundalini yoga tradition as well as more familiar hatha yoga pose sequences.   Some benefits of these exercises are renewed strength, energy, and elasticity in all parts of the body, increased mental focus and creativity, and relief from stress and fatigue.  Life-balance yoga is recommended for beginners and experienced students of yoga alike.


ZumbaZUMBA

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! These routines are perfect for those who want to learn Latin dance moves while burning calories. Classes will feature both low & high intensity workouts that is easy to follow. ZUMBA is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO!"



 Pai Lum
Pai Lum Martial Arts - A hybrid of Kung Fu, Karate, Western Boxing and grappling/submission moves that teach the fundamentals of being a well rounded competitor.  These classes will focus on the basics of traditional form and conditioning. 



waterWater Aerobics
 - A great cardio workout with resistance training.  This class is great for overall fitness and strength conditioning in a fun supportive environment.

 


FITNESS CLASS POLICIES

  1. Classes are a group activity; we request that you follow the instructor's routine. 
  2. The warm-up at the beginning of the class is an important part of the workout; please try to attend each class from the start.
  3. Be considerate of others workout space.
  4. Please wait for a class to conclude before entering the studio to setup for the next scheduled class.
  5. Appropriate exercise attire (including shoes) should be worn at all times.
  6. Please leave personal belongings and gym bags in the locker room.
  7. Closeable, unbreakable water bottles are permitted and must be kept at the perimeter of the studio.
  8. We request that cell phones and pagers be on silent mode.
