MISSION STATEMENT

imageTo provide fitness activities that contribute to the health, well-being and social development that enhances the learning outcomes of the FSU community.  The fitness program provides a positive and healthy environment in which participants can engage in strength and cardiovascular training.  With a personal commitment, the fitness program will help participants achieve a healthy lifestyle in a diverse and inclusive learning community.

SUMMER SHAPE UP PROGRAM


Enjoy Fairmont State University’s state-of-the-art recreation center which includes an expansive weight room, padded track, gyms and lap swimming pool. Included in the Spring Into Fitness Program is use of the facility, customized fitness program and courtesy parking.


Days/ Dates:
May 19th – August 24th (See closed days of Falcon Center)
Cost:
Effective July 7th the newly prorated cost for the Summer Shape Up Program will be $75
