If your card is damaged (i.e. cracked), please visit the Falcon Center ID Card Office to have a replacement card issued before using your card again. Please do not tape or glue your card back together, this will only cause more damage to your card and to the readers (swipes) or registers. If your card causes damages to any ID Office equipment, you may be liable for the costs of the repairs.

It is very important that you take care of your Falcon Card to ensure that it will always work appropriately. Also, please keep your card in a secure location away from other magnetic cards that may deactivate your Falcon Card.
