An interdisciplinary approach & emphasis on “doing” are hallmarks of the Dept of Communication & Theatre Arts. As well as programs of study, you will have opportunities to work with artists-in-residence & professional touring companies. You may qualify for subsidized travel to Washington, New York, London or the National Storytelling Festival, or for subsidized travel to regional conferences & audition/ portfolio presentation venues like the Southeastern Theatre Conference, the University/ Resident Theatre Association or the US Institute for Theatre Technology. |
